Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Operatorreading Pest Control wants operatorreading.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Aim For
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people use the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@operatorreading.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What Is Wrong
We welcome your feedback on accessibility. Email contact@operatorreading.living and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work in Progress
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
