How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Operatorreading Pest Control should get a fair, honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Operatorreading Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you said and what they said.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. But know our limits. Operatorreading Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot decide things for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Ohio.

How to File

Email contact@operatorreading.living. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What to Expect

Expect an email from us confirming we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
